Is there any relay avalible that activates (or deactivates) when its daylight savings time?

For example i need a bool variable that changes half my project if its summer

maybe you can use some kind of logic as in my short program.

Well it is for Europe, so daylight saving time from the last Sunday in March 2:00 until last sunday in October 3:00.

Just try it out :) No warranty that it works.
