I use TP1500 Comfort and TIA portal v.13 Professional.

I need to remember out every “log in” & “log out” of certain user to/out the system in RT with the Alarm System.

How to configure it ?

I already created the “users” with rights and passwords.

The only robust and effective way to do it, I believe, is using some specific licenced software for the purpose. It is not possible to use it with basic panels, I know you have said that you are using a Comfort panel, so you will be okay. But just for the record, the software in question requires a Comfort panel or above. Anyway, the software is often referred to as ‘Audit Trail’ but I think the formal name for it is Simatic WinCC Audit. You can do a lot more than just track the logged-on user, you can track any button operations or parameter changes or pretty much anything the operator does at the HMI. Of course, you do need a server where all of this data is to be stored.

Trying to do it yourself without using the licenced software I would suggest is not only likely to be quite challenging, it is also likely to be very difficult to make it totally reliable and robust. That is my view anyway.

if you need the cheap version by using SystemAlarm you can use the scheduled task "ChangeUser" to read the name of the user, (write it to a tag) and trigger the SystemAlarm (maybe by using a script).

If you need an Audit Trail (see previous post by Ken), buy the additional license. Then you can get a csv-file containing checksums to verify the file was not modified. It provides an easy way to log users, use of buttons, changing values.

 Ah, yes that is a good point. I took it to be that you meant that you wanted to record the active log on. If you only need to know instantaneously what the active user is then using the ChangeUser scheduled task to set a tag in the PLC is the way to achieve that. It is something I do as a matter of course. I use it for subtleties such as greying a button if it is not available for insufficient login, that type of thing. It is only if you need a record of who was signed in and when, that you need Audit Trail.
