Hi, When you want to change from single to distributed server, you should do the following things. It's out of my head so I hope I won't forget anything 1. Change the name of the SIMATIC PC station to match your OS server PC name 2. In the object properties of the SIMATIC PC station, enable checkmark: Computername identical to PC station name. 3. In the OS object under the OS server, make sure the correct path is set where the project is stored. Make sure all user rights are setup so the ES can access it. 4. Your ES should also be configured in the project following steps 1 to 3. Note that it should have a IE General card with the network settings. 5. Make sure the named connections are setup in NetPro so the AS has a named connection to the OS server name. All stations should be compiled. 6. Select the ES SIMATIC PC station and right click->PLC->Configure. The Station Configuration Editor is now configured with the settings for the ES. The PG/PC interface should be set to PC Internal for all stations. 7. Select PLC->Download next for the ES. 8. Proceed and do the same for the OS server: PLC->Configure and PLC->Download. 9. Compile the OS server via the named connections. 10. Execute all necessary settings for the OS server in WinCC Explorer. Now you should be able to download the OS server. Also the connections and gateways should be downloaded to the AS projects in NetPro |
