check the following FAQ. One of the described solutions may help. Why can you not transfer the HMI configuration to the panel?

Loading Runtime Advanced is pretty similar to loading panel.

if you use the offline Transfer like described in the second link from Wizard and you want to use the Runtime Loader then you have to change also the Path (RT Loader->Settings-> Configuration Path)

Set it to the folder where your Runtime Files are. (The Files has to be the name pdata but if you use the FAQ for offline Transfer then the names of the files are correct)

Then you can use the Runtime loader for running Autostart or for launching the Runtime
