You can do it using either 1 hour timer or a Time Of Day interrupt (OB10)

which can be triggered by the system once or every minute or every hour.

the third option would be good for you.

just do copy operations (starting from oldest data) in the OB10 and configure it

in your hw config --> CPU --> time of day interrupt.

for example [data is STATIC - markers or even better - in a data block]

current_production : int;

hour_ago : int;

two_hours_ago : int;

in ob10 (shown as pseudocode - just use move instructions in same order)

two_hours_ago:=hour_ago;

hour_ago:=current_production;

current_production:=0;

in case of Array You can use indirect addressing if you wish to keep record for many hours.

It`s DB I set "Actual value", after receiving the pulse - everything is 0 :(

I don`t understand why is that.

This is part of the program.

I want every hour to record:

"HMI2_Dati".VINT.VV23 --> "HMI2_Dati".VINT.VV24

"HMI2_Dati".VINT.VV22 --> "HMI2_Dati".VINT.VV23

"HMI2_Dati".VINT.VV21 --> "HMI2_Dati".VINT.VV22

...

"HMI2_Dati".VINT.VV00 --> "HMI2_Dati".VINT.VV01

and after that to reset "HMI2_Dati".VINT.VV00

 The script not work.

When i receive pulse, the controller switch "RUN" --> "STOP" :(.

Without this program the controller working very well :(

I don`t know what`s the problem?

Maybe Move block after Move block?

Hello,

If you have no problem in pulse creation , copying your data into a buffer temp and then transferring them to target area would be much better.You need to use positive/negative edge detector to ensure only One time operation during the pulse.Check the attached file !

The problem and solution are not still clear to me because you have deleted your uploaded version of program from this discussion.This is misleading with the SOLVED sign at the top of the thread.

The only possible reason for entering CPU in STOP would be enabling OB10 and not downloading it to CPU.This will be clearly reported by CPU with even ID 16#35A1 and you have used output of SFC1 for triggering hourly pulse.

 Sorry, I forgot that downloaded setting the controller... my manager wanted to change Communication Properties (PG and OP communication). Then I downloaded OB10(Time-of-day Interrupt) settings. But i`m not downloaded real OB10 in the program. I know only that when i remove tick on OB10 in Settings... all it`s OK.

If you want i can to uploaded the program again. But this program does not coincide fully with downloaded to the controller. Sorry, I think so will only lose time, so I deleted the program.
