Problems with PLCSIM

Secin_SA Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	We are working with S/-PLCSIM V5.3 +SP1 on a PC with XP Pro +SP2 We have to simulate a 5mb program that ,in a productive system, is loaded in a CPU 417-4 The PLCSIM is not able to restart the hardware after downloading Net-Pro. After downloading the Hardware and the complete program, the PLCSIM starts up and after several seconds it is positioned in STOP arguing that it has not enough process time. What can we do? I have attached a zip file with a pair of screenshots and some files with diagnose during downloading netpro, hardware and program. Thanks in advance Attachment plcsim_cpu417_4.zip (755 Downloads)

Late Platinum Member Joined: 1/7/2006 Last visit: 11/17/2023 Posts: 2705 Rating: (318)	Hi, PLEASE NOTICE THAT YOU HAVE A BACKUP FOR DOING THIS Please throw away from the blockcontainer the SDB-case, reorganise the project and do a save as with reorganisation,generate the SDB-case new by compiling the hardware and Netpro. Try again, when then there is again a STOP then please place the diagnostic buffer here. For the networking PLCSIM won't bring anything, so you can try also to do it without loading Netpro.
