unable to access Logo with PC on Windows 10 Pro ??

AutoGen_8625226 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Since we changed our portable PC's towards new versions and especially with Windows 10 Pro , we are unable to access remote device by the logo program . If so, try disabling antivirus and firewall on your PC momentarily. Also, if you are using a LOGO! module recently purchased, you may need the latest version of the software (V8.3) to be able to communicate with them.

ixo65 Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 11/1/2024 Posts: 34109 Rating: (4249)	If you have a LOGO! 6ED1 052-XXX08-0BA1 then need you LSC V8.3. With older LSC versions is no connect to a LOGO! 6ED1 052-XXX08-0BA1 (LOGO! 8.3) possible.

Dewmyster Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	I was having the same problem with Windows 10. After getting both devices on same subnet it still wouldn't connect. I re-installed the divers from the CD still wouldn't work. Two days ago I could normally communicate with LOGO, but today it seems impossible! I use Windows 10 Pro. Tried with disabled firewall, virus protection, tried restarts of Logo, of PC... nothing works. The same picture as AutoGen! Can anyone help please!

I see that Logo and CMR do communicate via the same switch. PC also communicates with CMR through the same switch. the PC is: 192.168.0.1 the LOGO! is: 192.168.0.2 and the CMR is 192.168.0.3 (All subnets are 255.255.255.0) I can read LOGO data through WBM but I need to load complete program. If LOGO!BM and CMR do communicate I believe that there is nothing in the switch that causes problem. For me it seems that I do something wrong with LSC but I have no idea what. LSC offers 192.168.0.2 as accessible device.
