Hello locachou; What PLC are you using, which version of Simatic Mamager (Step 7 v5.x) software do you have installed, which network and which adapter are you trying to communicate over? Then: What communication channel have you configured in the PG/PC Interface? Study the following link if you need help on this subject: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/11870489 Is this a new installation, or did it work before and now is non-functional?
