I just wanted to now that is it possible to use WinCC OA with other Third party PLC like Rockwell, Schneider, Keyence, Mitsubishi, etc.

Again If I want to use WinCC OA for customized webpage development like Digitalization purposes what keynotes shauld I have to follow!

I think you will not have any problem, you can try to add some PLC of another brand to these projects to see if it works.

WinCC OA comes with a wide range of drivers to use many different PLCs. I do not all protocols your PLCs can handle, but I guess Ethernet/IP and modbus are good candidates.

For the webpages development I would look at the Dashboard functionality or if you prefer to build them from scratch the HTTP server.
