All LEDs are constantly lit

Hello everyone,

I have set up anS7-400 rackwith the following configuration:

• 2x PS407 (Power Supply Units)
• 1x CPU 410-5H
• 3x CP443 (Communication Processors)

When I power on the rack:

1. All LEDs on all modules initially turn on.
2. CP443 modules enter RUN mode.
3. The CPU's LEDs remain constantly ON (they do not blink).

Additionally:

• TheCPU does not appearin the "Edit Ethernet Node" search.
• When I connect anEthernet cable to the CPU, the Ethernet LED does not turn on.
• Itried replacing the CPUwith another one, but the issue persists.

I found several references in the documentation about blinking LED patterns, butI couldn't find any clear explanation regarding constantly illuminated LEDs.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
