I’m looking for (gsdml-v2.3-beckhoff-bk9103-20160113.xml) file online for sometime now with success, I could only find the 2018 update but unfortunately I’m unable to upload a back fil of a CPU that I have with 2018 version. Can you please provide me with this version of the GSDML file?

maybe you are lucky and someone here has the gsdml you need, but i think the most effective way will be to ask Beckhoff about the correct gsd.

GSD files are generally offred by the manufacturer of the device.
