change "Hardware idetifier"

Hi all,
I have TIA portal v12. In this I want to change "Hardware idetifier" of digital input module.

Is this possible to change hardware identifire in TIA? If possible plese provide me its procedure.

Problem 1 : During hardware configuration of s7 1200 in TIA v12 each module assigened "Hardware identifier". if you swap this module sequence in HW configuration and then download it in CPU it generate SF and CPU goes in stop mode.
To solve this problem I have to delete all Hardware components and then again configure it.

Problem 2 : Further my coligue in china had make same hardware but it start hardware identifier with 1, and so on.. while my hardware identifier start with 64. why this is hapening.
Can i start my hardware identifier with begining.

hardware identifier of the IO system or the moduls is the parameter "LADDR". The number is assigned automatically and is stored in the hardware configuration properties of the CPU or the interface.
