$20010 VBscript Access is denied. Trying to copy/pase file to another destination

It is using FileCTL.FileSystem and it would be Scripting.FileSystemObject". An example is in this FAQ: How do you use a script to determine whether a storage drive with removable media (USB stick, SD/MM card) is ready for writing on an HMI device?

Its because such kind of errors you only get if the file cannot be accessed becaus its blocked by another application. could you copy the file manually with the file explorer while your HMI Runtime runs? (plug in a keyboard and press win key-> file explorer) create a new dummy file and test with it Bye Murof
