315-2 DP, TIA Portal V14: SF fault

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with one of the newly install machine here.The problem is that during normal run the machine automatically shut down and displays SF fault LED on the CPU of S7-300 PLC and also displays SF fault LED on the AI 8x RTD card (6ES7 331-7PF01-0AB0).

S7-300 CPU 315-2 DP,FirmWare V3.3, Software is TIA Portal V14 is used.
