DesigoCC V4.2 client disconnected

Every 30 minutes the client disconnects without warning. The only thing I found in the LMU is this message signing info missing, could this be the cause of the problem? I have already tried to uninstall LMU, ALM and reinstall them. both lmu and alm are latest released version Attachment Immagine.png (240 Downloads)

In your case, you probably made too big an update, too big a version jump. Adjuma posted it before: Upgrade Roadmap (V7 Engineering Help) The upgrade roadmap provides you with high-level tasks that are required to upgrade the Management Station along with all the installed prerequisites, language packs and extensions with the post-installation steps, if any. In Version 7.0, upgrade is supported only for Desigo CC Version 5.0 and above.No interim upgrades are supported. For example, upgrade from lower build number to higher build number of Desigo CC Version 7.0 is not supported. https://sid.siemens.com/r/A6V14198387/22837779723_22838076171__en-US_15175607307 Update Desigo CC application Just used to add extension modules and/or language packs of the same Desigo CC version. It is therefore not the same as the Update button you know from other applications that allows you to update the application to the latest version. Personally I hardly ever use this application and run the installer from the SW distribution to install additional extension modules and/or language packs.

I will install Desigo V7 on the server on which there is now V4.2 but I will do this later. The problem is on the machine with V4.2

I've had this same issue with a V5.0 system. For me, it was a ALM and LMU uninstall / reinstall, however there's a sequence to follow with this: Stop the CC Project Uninstall ALM Uninstall LMU Reboot Install ALM Install LMU Also, have you checked if the temporary machine has it's virtual memory configured in Windows settings? The server properties in Management View show the memory being used and what is available. Regards,
