Customer want to know which user is active when alarm occured and when alarm acknowledged on alarm viewer. In WinCC advanced there are same basic columns obtions for alarm knowledge like : time , alarm text , alarm group..But ı couldn't add specific columns to show username, acknowledge time.. How can I create a detailed alarm viewer to show user and alarm handling time

ElonksuM_SN_BN Regular Expert Joined: 5/6/2022 Last visit: 7/10/2025 Posts: 589 Rating: (123)	Hi ibrahim454, I couldn't give you a clear answer to what you asked, but it occurred to me that, as an alternative, you could use the Audit Trail to store the user actions produced in the runtime: "GMP-compliant Configuration with WinCC Comfort/Advanced, WinCC Audit and HMI-Panels" I know that it may not be what you are looking for, but I'm telling you so in case you are looking for alternatives, you may find this one interesting. You canot use additional textblocks as in WinCC Prof/Unified. you could try to store the logged in user in an internal tag (use scheduled tasks and the event userchange to read out the username). Then the only possibility would be to inster this with a parameterblock in every alarm text. So every time a new event occurs the Username that is logged in at this time will be used in the Text. But you cannot use this information in a different column or similar. WinCC Comfort/Advanced does not support that much functionality in this use case. Hope this helps a bit bye Murof
