High speed scanning Problem of PIW (Encoder) on Profibus DP

I am reading the encoder data through PIW and using comparator instruction >= and <= to make a software CAM. This function is shifting bits right through SHR_DW. But as speed increases the data shifting starts missing. For your information i am using this code in normal FC and that FC has been called in OB1. Now all what i want to know is that should i call this function in some special OB or it should be treated with some other way. Any help regarding this problem will be highly appreciated.
