IM 153-4, OB82, SFC59 and analogue modules diagnostics problem

On the plant i've got CPU 6ES7 315-2EH14-0AB0 and one ET200M station based on IM 153-4 6ES7 153-4AA01-0XB0. Both units firmware was updated one week ago. I'm trying to get the diagnostic data from two modules installed in ET200M rack: 6ES7 332-5HF00-0AB0 6ES7 331-7RD00-0AB0 In HWConfig the diagnostic was allowed for both of them, for enabled channels, with "wire brake" detection where possible. OB82 was created empty and dowloaded into CPU. In CPU rack there also are two analogue modules with diagnostic possibilities: 6ES7 331-7KF02-0AB0 and 6ES7 332-5HD01-0AB0 When trying to get OB82 startup data for AI&AO modules in CPU rack, the information to DB comes, and there I can see, for example, the external power failure, channel failure - so, everything is ok. When trying to get OB82 startup data for AI&AO modules in ET200M rack, the information to DB also comes, but it is "wrong". Channel failure is shown, but external power failure is not. Adress and type of modules are shown correctly for modules in both racks. The next was trying to use SFC59 called in OB82. Only one instance of SFC59 in OB82. The result was nearly the same: for modules in CPU rack SFC59 gives good data. But for modules in ET200M rack SFC59 returnes only 8093 error code. Does anybody know, what is the reason of this behaviour of OB82 and SFC59 when managing with analogue I/O in Profinet ET200M rack?

The actual STEP 7 version is V5.5+SP2 or STEP 7 Professional 2010 SR2.
