Bronze Member Joined: 12/13/2013 Last visit: 7/23/2025 Posts: 136 Rating: (3)	Dear All I am using TP700 HMI for my project. i install my software simatic wincc comfort v12 sp1(6av2101-0aa02-0aa5) on my desk top pc with xp sp3 OS andit transfer licence key sucessfully but it brings some error missage while i tryed to create project. then i go to my laptop and install the software sucessfully but it says ther is no license key on usb stick. is the license is usedonly one time only? what is the solution to proceed? Please give me way out from this truble. Thank you

(Right mouse click and check the license) Perhaps the license is defective how can you recover defective licenses and authorizations? Best regards, Wizard
