loading to MP377 in tia portal v14

Hello everyone, 

First of all thank you for reading my post! 

Currently I'm having a view small problems with my mp377 panel. 

I'm trying to load a new program into it, but I'm only getting strange errors. 

When I try to connect to the device I can see it's name, I can change it, and I can flash it's LED. 

But as soon as I try to load to the HMI panel the loading takes super long and I eventually get a error code that the device cannot be reached. 

The second strange thing I had that the program did compile but I got the message: "Incorrect version of operating system is installed on the device" 

I have never seen this error before 

I also can "factory" reset the device but then only the device name and it's IP are lost for a small moment. I am not able to delete the entire program. 

Is there anyone that maybe knows these faults, and who has a solution for them?
