Hello, Have you transferred the license key to the USB? What do you mean with "License USB stick is physically available" but the USB device is empty? In any case, I recommend you to check this section of the ALM manual: Handling license keys |

You can create it from the SIOS page, I attach a screenshot of exactly where. Once you create it, it will be forwarded to the licensing department so they can restore it for you!
