PLC does not communicate with HMI

CPU IP 192.168.0.10 HMI Ip 192.168.0.12 Laptop ID 192.168.0.5. I can ping both from my Laptop. I can download HMI from Tia portal to HMI. But i cannot transfer any value from PLC to HMI or HMI to PLC. I connect them both together in Network View with network (Ethernet)and connection, also in Topology View. I can also see Connection in HMI programm under HMI Tag, Do you guys have any suggestion. Best Regards Thong Nguyen Attachment PLC_HMI.pdf (708 Downloads)

I also leave you below some FAQs that can be very helpful in solving these problems: -> Certificates: "Why is it not possible to establish a connection to a CPU with firmware version 2.9/4.5 from an HMI panel (Basic, Comfort or Unified) or WinCC Runtime Advanced V17 or lower?" -> Connection configuration: "In WinCC (TIA Portal), how do you configure a connection between WinCC Runtime Advanced or HMI Panel and an S7 controller over Industrial Ethernet (PROFINET)?" -> Possible causes from panel images V17 Update 6: "No connection to PLC after WinCC Panel Images V17 Update 6" I hope they can be of help to you. (Its because if you use secure HMI communication there is a certificate used and this has a start and end time) Bye Murof

Does the connection work with HMI Simulation? Which Image Version do you use on the Panel? Do you use a TIme synchronisation on the Panel? Do you have activated the Secure HMI Communication in the security settings of your PLC? Bye Murof
