Earlier versions of the PXM can't be reset by your self and they must be send to the factory for to get reset. Never versions can be reset by service pin on the back side of the panel. Cuhalovjan Bronze Member Joined: 7/25/2012 Last visit: 8/20/2025 Posts: 291 Rating: (87)	Hello, here the FW isn't the main issue, HW version is main problem. A= must be send to HQ B= reset can be done via service pin (Reset button) on the back the panel HW revision is visible on type label.

I've generated the Pdf from the link, but it should work. You have to be login to Sios and select International section. See attached file.

I am using ABT Site v4.4 Tried to press the service contact button for 10 seconds, then with ABT SITE press the "Clear app" / "Clear device" button, but in both cases, the error message "Authentication failed" appears. May be need to some another steps to reset?
