S5 to S7 Conversion

Having converted my S5 program to S7. I have imported the awl file and copiled it with 42 errors. 

during the conversion it shows FB240 COD:B4 would go to FC81. FC81 is called many times but its not in the awl file. 

The original FB240 looks like this:

Any idea what I would need to do?  Thanks in advance. 

You can't convert this S5 FB to STEP7.

Use the STEP7 commands.

I have tried to write an FC which is called to then carry out the conversion. I am not sure if this logic is correct as I am unable to test it as yet. Can you see if this looks correct.?

I am not sure yet. I have to complete the upgrade. I have FB241, FB242 and FB243 to re-write in STL for S7. I will give it a go and use your structure and a bit or reading up to get the code to hopefully do the correct operation.. 

We then have to upgrade  from S7 to TIA portal V19. I will be comissioning on site next week. That is when I will really know if everything works or not. 

The original system was written in STL by the Germans. There are no comments or FDS.  

In the first post you write only from FB240.

That's the reason why I ask if your problem (FB240) solved now.

I think you have only a backup from the PLC. This backup has no comments or assignment list.

Are you sure that the FBs 240-243 are using in the program?

Can you upload the program here?

You are correct. It was a backup from the PLC. This is all I was given.
