Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (265)	You can read diag buffer with WinCC. As variant - you can look at SFC for reading diag buffer inside PLC program, then store it and use some external archiving tool.

Hello , Reading the content of "Diagnostics Buffer" bu SFC51 is mentioned here: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/44240604 It is a bit complex to implement but you can try.
