STL Programming

Dear All

I have a Step 7 test program with STL attached. This is a program for Set CPU clock from an external source (for ex. An OP Panel). I have some questions about it:

1- In network 5, there is a code saying “T LB 3”. What does LB3 means? As I know DBB15 refers to Byte 15 of DB51. But I cannot understand where LB3 is pointing to.

2- In network 6, what does it mean “PDT :=#TEMP3”?! As I know PDT is the Input variable of SFC0 (set Clock) that receives the time from external source. But TEMP3 is a temporary variable that has no value inside the block. So which value is assign to the PDT of SFC0?
