Hello kamielcresens, You can try this: 1. Delete the following folders under "C:\ProgramData\Siemens\Automation":
Then restart the computer and reinstall TIA Administrator (with admin rights and disabling firewall and antivirus during the installation) 2. Check that the path where TIA Administrator is installed is similar to the this one and does not contain weird characters: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\Personal 3. Make sure that no other versions of TIA Administrator are installed on the computer. 4. Check this FAQ: Why is it not possible to log in to TIA Administrator with a Microsoft account (cloud account)?
