Upload of text libraries from device Failed

I'm working with a Simatic S7-1500 CPU 1517-3 PN/PD and using TIAPortal V17 Update 5

The customer doesn't have a backup of his PLC and I'm working in creating said backups. After adding different GDSML's that were missing I was finally able to connect to the PLC and update the HWConfiguration by doing: Online -> Upload device as a new station (hardware and software) ...  

Can't get any explanation, and sure enough doesn't look like anyone else has had the fault, only on download mode, but I'm not trying to download anything. 

Would be greatly appreciated any suggestions or resources to solve the creation of backups, when I don't have the actual programm.

Hi Cicero,

read the note, but it looks like its a FAQ for downloading a higher amount of texts than the capacity of the PLC memory. 

In this case, I'm trying to upload from the PLC to my laptop. 

Have tried a couple other things but unsuccessful yet.
