WinCC Client/ server communication problem

I have 2 servers  and 2 clients, one of them can’t send the data to the clients I check the following items: 

1- Set PG/PC interface and choose the access point that I need it 

2- IP address for the server and clients and ping between server and clients and it’s ok 

but the station communication editor had a problem I will drag photos to it 

so what can I do with this issue?

Do I understand correctly that you do not get connection from the WInCC Client to the Server?

Then everything should work.

It could be a reason of name resolution, rights or SIAMTIC Shell settings.

so you are using not redundant connection to the S7400H with S7 Redconnect?

It looks like a common TCPIP connection.

in this case a few more screenshots from the communicaiton configuration in WinCC S7 Protocol suite and what you have used in PGPC Interface would be nice.

Check also the WinCC diagnose Folder and the log files for the S7Protocol suite.

Do you have installed SIMATIC Net PC Software on the RT System?

I checked the s7 protocol suite and also I checked pg/pc setting and selected the correct TCPIP but the problem doesn’t solve
