That usually means that you just can't upload the program form the HMI to PG. It's very rare that the original programmer has enabled backtransfer.

@ Hati that is not the Point in this case.... A Backtransfer is not possible in TIA Portal.

--> Often the Words "upload" and "download"are used in the wrong context or people do not understand it without doubts.

We should use the words "load to the Panel" and "loading from the Panel" then everyone knows what you mean.

@ parmar ripal: check the Image Version of the Panel and compare with the Image Version in your Project. If its not equal then you have to do a OS Update first. In some Versions and situations the TIA Portal cannot do it automatically. in this case you have to do it manually first and then try to Load the Runtime Files to the Panel again.
