Hello TechDiff, I recommend to install at first the actual Update 7 for WinCC V7.2. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/92023320 Maybe it solves the crash. If you would have the same problem with Update 7 too, you should create a manual userdump from "grafexe.exe" via Taskmanager. Then create a Service Request an send the userdump to the Technical Support. Regards Georg Berghof |
