I need to upgrade me actual version of SCOUT 4.2 to the latest version 4.4, do I have to buy a completely new license or there is also license just only to upgrade SCOUT from version 4.2 to the version 4.4?

Another question is: if I buy completely new license or upgraded license, does the box contain also installation DVD? (either for SCOUT 4.4 or upgrade to SCOUT 4.4) because I couldn't find the link to download installation file from the Siemens website.
