The Hotline was not able to help but I saved my project in this way: 1. I startet WinCC flexible to open the embedded OP in the crashed project and saved this as a stand alone HMI project. 2. I created a new Step7 project 3. Exit Step7 manager 4. With the windows explorer I put a copy of all sub directories (not the files in the root of the project directory !) out off the crashed project into the new project directory 5. After that i was happy to see all my lost procedures in the new created project. 6. In my case there were still no symbols, so I created an empty symbol table in the new project and placed a copy of the symbol table files from the crashed project into the new project (Dir = YDBs\xxxx\Symlist.*). After that I was happy with all the symbols back! 7. Now I started WinCC flex. and integrated the saved HMI project into my new Step7 project. After that I reactivated the PLC-OP connection. 8. I saved the project with reorganisation and with a new name and made a SAFTY COPY !!! I can not promise that this way will work in your case! Make a try with a copy of your crashed project and give a reply if your are lucky or not. greetings from Germany Michael

Open in the SIMATIC Manager the dialog "File > Save As..." Activate the function "With reorganization (slow). Change the name of the project. Klick of OK. The STEP 7 project will be new saved and reorganised. With best regards Cicero

You're going to need an old or previously project (of the same you lost). - Retrieve de ZIP file or restore the old/previously project to a different Windows Folder. - Copy the files from the corrupted project into the old/previously project folder. - Open the old/previously project with SIMATIC Manager and save as... You should have your blocks/functions/dbs from your current corrupted project on the old/previously version of it. Worked perfectly for me.
