Hello, In below link you will get operaring instruction of MM4 and go commissioning section. For quick commissioning you will not need to adjust the motor data. https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?query=operatin+instruction+of+mm440&func=cslib.cssearch&content=adsearch%2Fadsearch.aspx&lang=en&siteid=cseus&objaction=cssearch&searchinprim=0&nodeid0=4000024&x=0&y=0 |

For Temp related issue, I suggest you to perform autotunning.. It is very imp in case you are not having Temp Sensor Please have a look at the attached page of Manual And regarding Speed Response, Which control Mode you are using?? Try Setting Ramp Rounding time to zero.. Regards Devesh AttachmentThermal Model.pdf (82 Downloads) |

I've run the autotuning and the results are the values i wrote in my previous post. With the autotuning the motor weight was automatically set to 32.5 Kgs. Anyway the pdf is very interesting, i'll try to "play" with the other variables such as rotor resistance. Thanks also for the suggestion for the "ramp" rounding, i'll look for this parameter. new question is splitted to Is there any way to set a ratio based on the frequency and change the shown unit?. |
