First have a look at your folder properties to see if Read only is checked,if so uncheck.

I tried to open project with all ways that are on this forum,but with no effect.

Folder with my projets is checked as read only, but i cannot change it.

I stopped opening projects that were synchronized via the cloud. It turned out that during synchronization, * .link files in the root folder of the project were filtered. When I removed the filtering and re-synchronized, then checked for the * .link file - everything worked.
