Hello, You will have to perform an OS update with the option "Reset to factory settings" Have a look at this link: how do you do an operating system update (OS update) on operator panels? You need MAC Address and you will have to power up panel when you start update. Best regards, Wizard |

I've follewed each step for the ProSave procedure but still cant do the reset as i mentioned above. |
