problem with 2nd generation panels in tia v13

AutoGen_1024398 Regular Member Joined: 2/6/2015 Last visit: 3/31/2025 Posts: 14 Rating: (1)	Hello, If I want to run a simulation with the 2nd generation panel, do not display the screen.(see image below) If I replace the panel to 1nd generation, simulation works. The print screen that you post looks like as low PC in low memory state... I suggest you to take a look in windows task manager how works the PC at the simulation moment... Else open a Support Request and tell us what they answers to you.

The WinCC runtime window shows some of the content from the TIA windows behind it. I had to tick the Enable 3D accelleration in Virtual Machine Settings and reinstall VirtualBox Guest Additions, tick 3D Accelleration (experimental) under the installation, and select No to install basic Direct3D support when asked. After a reboot the problem is solved.

DonSebas Regular Member Joined: 3/19/2012 Last visit: 9/5/2025 Posts: 12 Rating: (3)	I have had the same issue, was running TIA V14 upd1 on win7 Pro in VMWare. In my case I only checked the 3d acceleration in the display menu, and everything worked like it used to do.
