Master drive Problems with F002 then F029 & F070 and with no faults

FAHAD ALRASHEED Posts: 12 Rating: (1)	we had befor some problems in our Master drive and we didint reach to a clear reason for the rout cause of the problem. it started by having F002, and after chaning IVI , PSU1 , PSU2 , and CUVC , then we decided tochangedbase card with new a new problem come with F029 & F070 , and we thought that this because the new CUVC, so we put back the old CUVC thena new problem come with A60 bad contact, and we rplace it and now OK so where is the main problem ( could be base card of cuvc) Master drives not friendly system but after some days our Central control system giving Profibus errores from time to time so is it becasue of the CUVC or the base card FAHAD

Now regarding faults you getting, F002- Pre charging fault. You have to check input supply first. If it is ok then check DC voltage in r006 If it is not showing then you might have fuse blown if drive is with internal fuse (Inverter) or your Power Supply card is faulty either PSU-1 or PSU-2 depends upon drive F029- Measured Value Sensing - During changing all cards, you might have not connected all cables properly. I had such experience in which I just removed CUVC, then cleaned and properly connected that FRC cables which are connected to IVI board and coming from Power Supply card F070 - For this fault, if you have connected any communication board, connect it properly and for further diagnosis, check fault value and proceed furhter as per compendium Regards, Devesh Vithani
