There are some possibilities to do the task:

1. The easiest way is to export the blocks to a source file that can be easily transferred and edited by text editors like Notepad. For that , open the block-->file--> generate source-->block selection
   
   
2. Create a new project-->insert a new S7 Program-->copy the blocks you want-->save it in a target area and use Winrar to create a zip file and upload it here.
   
   
3. The other possibility is to use the program as explained before to create an archive via File-->archive in STEP 7.
