Hello, 

I have a copy of SIMATIC STEP 7 Basic V13 SP1 with a USB licence key. 

I have installed it on my desktop thinking I could install it on two machines. I need it on my laptop primarily. Is there a way of un-installing and transferring my licence onto the laptop? 

When I open the licence manager on my laptop install it cannot find any licences on the USB stick.

You can transfer license from Desktop to USB stick.

Then you can transfer license from USB stick to Laptop.

 I have tried doing the 'master licence'. I get the following error. 

''None or not all licence keys transferred'

The licence key S70EM2 is not transferable.'

can you make a screenshot?
And what do you mean with Master licence?

The floating licence can only be used on one Computer .

You must only transfer the Basic V13 licence, no more.

The master licence was the first licence that came up upon opening the licence manager. 

I then tried clicking the c drive and another licence was displayed. This one seemed to transfer ok. I will let you know how i get on with the laptop.
