dbrblg Posts: 3 Rating: (1)	I've got a number of downloads waiting in my CAx Downloads which have been in there for around an hour and are showing "in process". How long does this take? I'm only after some 2d dxf's!!

The reason for this behavior is that the CAx server is fully utilized at peak times. Meanwhile steps have been taken to relax the situation. Each file that is required information lasts 4 days, is communicated so that they can improve this particular as soon as possible. Come on Siemens, you are a technology giant but your website is awful, so it out. Rittal downloads work seamlessly why can't you get it right?

The problem as described was caused by a general malfunction of our site over the lase weeks. A fix is already release and should solve this issue too.
