FM354 Problem

Wandrey Posts: 36 Rating: (1)	Afriend of mine got a problem on FM 354. When positioning the DB block shows on DBX22.3 an OT-Error? This OT Error is a Siemens problem or its a machine manufactor problem? Tks

Wandrey Posts: 36 Rating: (1)	The error shows up again, but this time they saw whats on DB154 DBB90 and 91 DBB90 - 03h (03d) DBB91 - 41h (65d) On page 11 - 21 of the manual: No drive movement Cause: - axis standstill at maximum drive control signal (+-10v) - on violation of the defined following error limit Effect: - Deceleration of the drive via voltage ramp (MD45) - Actual value transfer (internally like "follow-up mode") Elimination: - Check drive / connecting cables - Check controller enable signal between FM and drive The eletricians turned off and turned on agains the machine, that´s why they can´t checkthe fail. More information on the next chapters
