Hello, Kindly have a look at the following topic: How do you create screenshots of configured HMI screens with WinCC (TIA Portal)? |

This is brutal printing method. Takes forever and prints all details of each object on the screen in tables |

There are software applications well suited to screen grabs from the active window with a repeatable start x/y and stop x/y "pixel" location, which an HMI screen grab would certainly qualify for, if all screens were configured for 100% (or at least the same) zoom levels. You can find them in the screen scrapers category of software tools via online searches. In this way, you can quickly navigate through all the screens, use a hot-key combination to cause the screen scraping, and with a little bit of thought, automatically name the screen captures in order of screen grabs. I use such a thing for home automation data, collecting snippets of data, presenting onto a dashboard of sorts.
