Hello ı am trying to communicate with festo cpx-m-fb34 bus node . Can someone explain which steps i should follow to communicate with bus node. I downloaded its gsd file added it in devices and network

also added its modules but there is errror with communication.

This is the SIEMENS support site.  You want something created by FESTO.  I would search their web site, contact their support engineers, search their sample applications and downloads.
