Change TD390 screens with TTY-TTY cable

Hi everyone, I found this topics and i don`t know if is the right one.

I have a TD390 Panel which is connected to a S5-95U CPU. 

Can i with this cable change the panel's screens from Protools?

Thanks for the manual, now I know that these panels don't need to be programmed.

You only set flags from the PLC.

These oldies are very different to understand.
