1200 CPU Read/Write Password Protection Removal

TechkidPrabu Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hello friends, Below are details of PLC that am currently using , PLC - SIMATIC 1200 CPU - CPU 1214 DC/DC/DC Firmware - V2.2 Order No. - 6ES7 214-1AE30-0XB0 Issue: I enabled CPU Read/Write protection from the Properties of that CPU.Now i forget the Password for read/Write acces.Can anyone give solutions to remove or decode the CPU Read/Write Password protection option. I have already tried "Memory Resetting" and "Firmware Upgradation".But it was not usefull. Attachment 1200PLC_CPU_Protection.JPG (3737 Downloads)

The empty transfer card erases the internal load memory of the CPU. You can then download a new user program from STEP 7 to the CPU. Regards, Marcjan

I have the same problem, but i want make you a question.... previously i have to make a backup of mi plc program? The program in the plc it´s only source i have. When introduces the transfer card in to the plc, the program are looses, is it correct? What do you recommend?
