Hi, I am working on Software redundant system CPU 315-2DP. I want to do hardware diagnostics and wnat to show on SCADA. I did programming in OB86. I have attached backup for the same. Problem I am facing is, when any of the fault comes (till now it only works for Bus fault it isn't working for SF) I get error code in OB86_EV_CLASS as 57 (in decimal). This code remains there till fault is present on any of the IM module. So I am unable to do diagnosis. Also, is it possible to do CPU status diagnosis in SWR redundant network? In program I have used FB2000 for CPU diagnosis. Thanks, Shailesh

Hello, Please read the SWR manual for what type of information you can get from the status Word.Also check the faceplate for integration Control word in an HMI. If you want to only evaluate the status of slave, use SFC51 in non-redundant part of your program and just inform the standby CPU the status via shared memories(redundant memory area).I guess ,DP system number for both can be 1 and you can find more here: https://www.automation.siemens.com/tf/WW/en/Posts/50068 https://www.automation.siemens.com/tf/WW/en/Posts/93824 Good Luck and I hope this helps Hamid Hosseini |
