0_Einstein Diamond Expert Joined: 7/7/2010 Last visit: 8/29/2025 Posts: 16048 Rating: (2512)	When you connect to the PLC via Online Access, and then look at the Online & Diagnostics, what details are offered that may help? For example, it shows what version of TIA Portal was used to load the PLC, it's PN name and PN (IP) address. Maybe something useful like required language(s)? I have not used a S7-1500F before, so do not know what you will see. Rescobedo Thanks for your help. I tried that already, the Multilanguage checking, machine was built in Germany so I checked all the German languages without any luck :( Thanks. Regards.

The line consists on 7 PLCs and we face this issue only on 2 of them, all the PLCs are from S7-1500F series. I will test all suggestions and let you know if one works. Thanks. Regards.

Regards. sancruz Dear Rescobedo, just an idea, as you have already checked project language. It could be worth a try. Change the TIA unser interface language zu german. Maybe a upload is possible with this. (Menu bar -> Options -> Settings -> Unser interfacae language) maybe this helps regards sancruz

Rescobedo Silver Member Joined: 11/5/2012 Last visit: 8/14/2025 Posts: 490 Rating: (64)	I checked all the german languages and got this message: The blocks on the F-CPU do not support the following project language(s): German (Austria), German (Liechtenstein), German (Luxembourg), German (Switzerland). Only German (Germany), English (United States) is supported. Check the settings for the project languages. Maybe I had to install German interface as SanCruz mentioned, even though message says German (Germany) and English (United States) are supported, when checking this 2 only, I get the message with the one this discussion started. 0_Einstein Diamond Expert Joined: 7/7/2010 Last visit: 8/29/2025 Posts: 16048 Rating: (2512)	You can do a repair / modify of the existing TIA Portal install to add German / Deutsch language support. If you have trouble getting that to work, you can start a re-install and answer the prompts to add language support. My recollection is all languages were installed with V16 and in the projects is where language selections were established. However, you may not need to do that. miami Platinum Member Joined: 8/31/2005 Last visit: 8/8/2025 Posts: 2198 Rating: (331)	I have actual no hardware, but I would try this (Note: I think this this will change the safety checksum!) copy the project (with "save as ..."), do the following steps with the copied project add an English language to your project select English as editing and reference language remove German language from the project use the online functions to format the MC and reset the CPU to factory defaults download the project again in the PLC.
