I face with a problem when I try to getting online to CPU 315-2dp (315-2ag10-0ab0-V2.0.8) using Step7 V5.4.

I can upload OBs,FBs,FCs,...but when I upload Hardware an error window appears with following content:

2000) error while uploading the the configuration to the programming device (PG). Do you want to continue?

and then when I click the help button help on massage 13 : 77 appears

Please be informed the CPU is still running without any faults.

I have tried to upload hardware with HwConfig too but the same errors taked place. Also I tried to change PG/PC setting but in all correct ones the same error existed.

I think it is because of MMC problem.

Please help me and if it would be MMC problem then how can recover that.

Actually I was updated it yesterday but I cant see V2.0.8 and it appears with V2.0 .

I think it is not important thing. do you agree with me?

I checked the PDF file and found error 13:77

it contains follwing:

TEXT : While interpreting the system data blocks
(SDBs) uploaded from the module, an error
was recognized in the programming device and
processing halted.
CAUSE : Inconsistent HW configuration in module, occurs when previous
loading of SDBs into the module was incomplete or faulty.
REMEDY : ??????

Then what I shall do if previous loading of SDBs into the module would be incomplete or faulty?

Does exist any way?

In this project some standard I/O modules and one VIPA (AC DO) module are directly mounted on rack which have not need to any configuration CD ( I think). Also one Diagnostic Repeater is connected to DP connector of CPU which it utilizes both DP2 and DP3 segments. On these segments there are some ET200s ,some Micromasters and one non siemens nodes.

As I know, you cant upload nodes on DP2 and DP3 then it is normal if I cant see nodes.

But I cant see the Diagnostic Repeater too. maybe it is because of connection error. I think if uploading error get solved then, the diagnostic repeater will come into view automaticly.

Hello Qartal,

Meanwhile, isn't possible to build new (your) hardware configuration and download it? If you have correct electrical drawings of the project it is possible. And in this way you will find faster remedy of existing issue...

I have 4 number sinamics g120 with cu240E  and 2 number et200 that connected on cp 342

When i wanted to uoload ihave same error (2000) and i can not solve it

I try to install gsd file for cu240 and cp342 in all version  and update hw hardware but problem not solved

Can you help me?????
