"Tag simulator not installed" in TIA portal V11 - wincc advanced V11 sp2

However, on projects in PC stations, the simulator does not work at all. When i right click the pc-station icon and select runtime or simulate, the project is compiled, but the following error appears :"Tag simulator not installed" . I also tried to go to "online" --> simulation--> simulate with tag simulator, the following error appears on my screen :"Automation Server HmiRTm.exe not registered". The computer i am currently using is a DELL laptop with windows 7 64 bits. Thank you in advance for your help.
